Return Policy

General Policy
We only accept unworn merchandise  within 14 days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The manufacturer's packaging and shoe box must be included in the return (with the exception being those few items that ship without these). If you meet these conditions, please enclose a brief note containing your Order ID, Buyer Name.
For exchanges, indicate which Item / Color / Size you'd like to exchange for in your note.
If you are choosing to receive a refund, please indicate that in your note (instead of exchange information) and be advised that we do not refund for shipping charges either way, unless we have made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item or something of that nature.
International Shipping
For International exchanges, ShoesandStyle does not pay for the shipping of the exchanged item(s).Please note, for International shipping mistakes, Shoes and style will only refund for non-express shipping charges.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Shoes and style, you are responsible for all shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or custom's charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments),and the cost of returning the package to  Shoes and style. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Processing Time
After a return has been received, it could take up to five business days to process. If using a credit card or Paypal, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
